Multiplexer doesn't work with two sequences as an input

A scheme has two "Read sequence" element as an input for "Multiplexer" and "Write sequence" as an output.
Output must be a file with two sequences. But nothing is written in the file.

Also such the scheme must work with sequence input of the first "read sequence" element and annotation input of the second "read annotation" element. The output file contains the annotated sequence.
