"Save a copy" does not work for assemblies

1) Import some BAM file.
2) Context menu on the opened file in the project view -> Save a copy -> Save in the needed path.
3) Close the project.
4) Open saved copy.
Result: nothing is opened, because the copy is empty (ugenedb contains only created tables but not any data).
