Collocalion search worker: save original annotations

Collocation search worker generates new annotations. These annotations contain result regions which include all of annotations regions with needed names. But the information about original annotations is more interest for biologists.

Create a new mode of the collocation search worker which will produce copies of original annotations but not uninformative new regions.
