Renamed sequences keep old names when exported as multiple alignment

ICBFM request.

1. Open two sequences with same names in two documents. For instance, you can copy a file with a sequence to do that

2. The sequences in different documents have identical names. Rename both sequence objects. Now the sequences have different name

3. Select both sequence objects and export them as multiple alignment

4. Sequences in the alignment have old names (identical)

Expected state: sequence in the alignment renamed propperly
