Find Pattern. No validation on annotation creation

1. Open Find Pattern on the Option Panel
2. Enter a vaild pattern
3. Input invalid annotation name (empty, too long, illegal)
4. Run search

Current: depending on an invalid type of annotation UGENE outputs invalid annotations or crashes

Expected: error message appears if the annotations are invalid
