Can't load document after series of failed loading corrupted documents, "resource leak"

1) Set Ugene memory limit to 1300 Mb in settings

2) Try to load some heavy corrupted file (ugene-quad-ubuntu/data/embl/cpy_bad.embl)
Expected state: UGENE shows error message that loading is failed because file is corrupted

3) Repeat step 2
Expected state: UGENE shows error message that loading is failed because file is corrupted, no memory error messages in log such as
[13:55:21] 'Загрузка документа: ena.text.crdownload' task failed: Not enough resources for load document, resource name: 'Memory' available: 486Mb requested: 636Mb
