Integrated python is used by Cistrome package. Tools from the package require a few additional pyhton libraries. The integrated pyhton includes the libraries. But they are not usually included in the standard python package.
Remove python tool search in the PATH variable since it ends up custom tools to be not validated.
Rename "python" tool to "embedded python" to avoid confusion with standard python.
