      Description

      1) Open any sequence
      2) Use context menu on the sequence

      {Edit sequence -> Insert subsequence}

      3) Fill in "atcgtac" or any valid sequence containing lower case
      4) Click OK
      Expected state: subsequence inserted
      Bug state: Warning message is shown first
