Fix scribbling mode in MSA

      Description

      1. Open "data/samples/COI.aln"

      2. Select some region with size more than 5x5 (actual size doesn't matter, but region should be quite wide)

      3. Press left mouse button to any point inside the selection near its right boundary

      Expected state: the selected region has moved
      Current state: nothing happens
