Minor In "Smith-Waterman Search" dialog on the "Input and output" tab the "Annotation parameters" group box has no visible bottom edge. The same happens in "Find Repeats", "Find Tandems", "HMM3 Search" dialogs where "Create Annotation Widget" is used
