Exporting sequences to a document in a project

When sequences are exported to a new sequence or alignment file (see the "Export" menu in the Project View) and a file from the current project is selected, an error occurs and the file is not rewritten.

Instead the program should offer to reload the modified document (see also: UGENE-95).
