WD: Report shows the original (intended) name instead of the renamed file (when the output previously existed).

Repeat a simple workflow just reading and writing a genbank file twice (With Existing file = Rename). The second time, it adds _copy1 suffix to the name, but in the report it shows the intended name in the workflow and not the one that was actually used.

In the attached screenshot it should be "Prueba_copy1.gb" instead of "Prueba.gb".
