Duplicate parameter alias name with a copy of a worker

1. Create a workflow with a File List element
2. Setup alias 'in' for input path
3. Save the workflow
4. Copy the 'File list' element
5. Save the workflow
6. Open and close UGENE
7. Open the second saved workflow
Expected state: Saved workflow is opened
