Genbank qualifiers: Extra spaces at the line end

If qualifiers value is text with spaces and it can not fit the line the extra space is put at the end of the line.
Presumably it should not be so.

Look through genbank documentation and remove that space.
Do not forget that qualifier value can be without spaces and be longer than the line.
