Quality values when converting ABI to FASTQ

      Description

      Currently when I convert ABI to FASTQ in UGENE, the quality values are not saved. This must be fixed.

      I tried to do it with two different workflows:

      • File List > File Format Conversion
      • Read Sequence > Write Sequence
