An error in the log (SAFE_POINT) on renaming sequence with attached annotation

Scenario to reproduce:

1. Open "data/samples/FASTA/human_T1.fa".
2. Create an annotation.
   Expected state: an annotation table object appears in a new document.
3. Rename the sequence object.
   Expected state: the sequence object is renamed, object relations are correct, there are no errors in the log.
   Current state: the sequence object is renamed, there is an error in the log.
