UGENE crashes on disabling scripting mode in WD

Scenario 1:
1. Open the WD
2. Add "Call Varinats with Samtools" workflow element
3. Press on the toolbar

{Scripting mode->Show scripting options}

4. Click on the workflow element
Expected state: property editor appeared
5. Press on the toolbar

{Scripting mode->Hide scripting options}
6. Started to move the column border to the right side in the Property Editor (as other columns were not seen).
Current state: UGENE crashes

Scenario 2:
1-4 steps are same
5. Press on any element in "Script" column
6. Press on the toolbar {Scripting mode->Hide scripting options}

Current state: UGENE crashes
