Annotations that intersect a junction point are drown over each other in Circular View

Scenario to reproduce:

1. Open "_common_data/fasta/human_T1_cutted.fa".
2. Toggle circular view.
3. Select a region that intersects the junction point and create two annotations from this region.
   Expected state: there are two arrows on the circular view on different levels.
   Current state: there are two arrows on the circular view drawn on one level.
