Currently users can setup the colors of annotations in Sequence View. And these settings are stored between the UGENE sessions. The stored settings are some kind of settings profile and this profile is global and can not be quickly changed.
Support the profiles saving/restoring framework for the Annotations highlighting settings. It will help users to keep several colors profiles and quickly change the color of annotations.
