New WD element: align Sanger reads to a reference

Create a WD element as described here:http://ugene.unipro.ru/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1406104444/14#14

1) It takes sequences from the input channel and aligns them one by one to a reference sequence taken from the corresponding parameter.
2) It can make a read reverse-complement if it is aligned better than the original read.
3) There are two results: the target alignment and the reference sequence annotated by aligned reads.
