Problems in MSA after adding leading'n'trailing gaps

After rev.9160 there are the following problems in UGENE Alignment Editor:

• FindPattern works incorrectly
  • if the row ends with the beginning of the pattern and has trailing gaps it is considered as a result
• Moving selection with Space button works wrong at the end of alignment:
  • selection area does not move to the end of the alignment
