PCR In Silico workflow trims result sequence

Run In Silico PCR workflow sample with the following parameters:
1. input sequence: "data/samples/Genbank/CVU55762.gb"
2. primers: "test/_common_data/cmdline/pcr/primers_CVU55762.fa"

Result sequence is shorter than it should be. Its length is 60, whereas the product length, produced with In Silico PCR options panel with same parameters, is 160. Annotations are correct. Reverse primer annotation isn't shown on the Sequence View.
