Automatically create a project for "Assembly with CAP3"

If the assembly is executed without an open project, it fails with this error:
'CAP3SupportTask' task failed: Subtask

{Opening view for document: Seq.cap.ace}

is failed: Subtask

{Adding document to project: /Desktop/Seq.cap.ace}

is failed: No project is opened

The solution might be to automatically add the assembly to a temporary project like when opening a sequence or disable the option for doing an assembly unless a project is open.
