      Description

      1. Click on any action on Start Page
      2. If the dialog appears (e.g. on "Create Sequence" action), close it
        Current state: the message box appears after that

        Unable to detect the URI-scheme of "#".

      In Ubuntu 14.04 message box does not appear but there is a message in the terminal:

      gvfs-open: #: error opening location: Error when getting information for file '/home/epushkova/ws/ugene-1.22.0/#': No such file or directory

      Windows log message:

      [DETAILS][14:18] ShellExecute '#' failed (error 2).
