Workflow element that can fetch sequences by their accession IDs from qualifiers

Create a new workflow element.

Input: The element should take a list of annotations as input.

Calcualtions and outut: For each annotation it should verify is there accession id in the annotation's qualifiers. If there is, then corresponding sequence should be fetched from remote database. The element should output this sequence with the annotation.
