Correct rendering of Chromatogram within the alignment

      Description

      • Move the code from the Chromatogram view plugin to the alignment renderer.
        Note the width of one character can be different in the old Chromatogram View, but in the MCA Editor all columns should have the same width.
      • All visual settings (show/hide traces etc) should be located on the main toolbar and be applied to all chromatograms.
