Some snpEff databases are inaccessible for snpEff 4.3

Some databases that are hardcoded in snpEff element are inaccessible for snpEff 4.3 (these files are not present on the server). E.g. "Drosophila melanogaster" database (the database id is "dm5.48") is present for version 4.1, but it is absent for version 4.3. But there is a database "BDGP6" which file is present on the server.
Check that all organisms databases have an appropriate file on the server.
If the file is absent, find another database for the organism and replace its ID in the snpEff worker.
If there are no databases for the organism at all, then it should be discussed.
