No error in the "Region Selection" dialog if Min>Max value

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open "A01" file from Samples
      2. Push CTRL+A -> "Region Selection" dialog appears
      3. Set wrong values: "Min"=100 while "Max"=50
      4. Push GO -> Nothing happens

      Expected:
      "Go" button should be disabled
      Min/Max values should be highlighted in pink as if case "Multiple Range Selection"
