      Description

      Align to reference element can make chromatogram and its sequence reverse-complement. It does that wrong.
      See the attached screenshot: peaks that corresponds T-nucleotide are shifted on one column and they are actually C-peaks (blue), T-peaks are red.
      If read is not reversed, the visualisation is correct.
