Projects created by UGENE 1.25 can't be opened with UGENE 1.26

      Description

      Since UGENE-5197 has been fixed projects created by UGENE 1.25 can't be opened with UGENE 1.26.
      Changes that were done for UGENE-5197 and post-fixes have to be reverted. Projects and workflows created with UGENE 1.26.0 should be openable with next versions.
      UGENE-5197 should be reopened and fixed with another way.
