RemoteBLASTTask fails on Linux in master branch

      Description

      1. Open unknown_virus.fa
      2. Analyze->Query NCBI BLAST Database
      3. Error appears: "'RemoteBLASTTask' task failed: File /home/../Documents/work/UGENE_data/MyDocument.gb already exists"
      But there is no file in this folder.
      4. Run Analyze->Query NCBI BLAST Database again
      5. It works, BLAST results appear
