Russian version of "Search in NCBI GenBank" doesn't work on complex request

The "Search in NCBI GenBank" dialog provides a way to create complex requests limiting the search results by additional conditions such as "Organism", "Gene name", "Author".

However, in Russian translation these conditions are also translated to Russian: "Организм", "Имя гена", "Автор". This causes the error, as the formed request is directly passed to NCBI. And their server, of course, couldn't parse Russian characters.
