Major Do not append "(rev-compl)" substring to the Sanger reads names that were aligned to the reverse-complement strand of the reference sequence.
Instead, for each Sanger read draw an arrow nearby the read name in the Read Name List that specifies the read orientation.
Use different directions and colors for forward and reverse orientation:
- Forward: arrow to the right, blue color
- Reverse: arrow to the left, green color
Take into account that the read name may be long. The orientation arrow image should look fine in this case as well.
