      Description

      Show quality bars above nucleotides of Sanger reads, not under them. The visibility of the bar should be regulated by "Show/hide qulaity bars" button.

      If a read does not have quality, show the empty space anyway, if the button is pressed.

      Make sure the quality bars area is also selected when the character is selected.
