      Description

      Scenario to reproduce:

      1. Open "data/samples/CLUSTALW/COI.aln".
      2. Select {Align -> Align sequences to profile with MUSCLE...}

        on the toolbar.

      3. Set "data/samples/CLUSTALW/COI.aln" as profile.
        Current state: SAFE_POINT is triggered. UGENE crashes in release build.
