      Description

      Issue was detected by GUITest_regression_scenarios_test_1704.

      1. Open "_common_data/regression/1704/lrr_test_new.gb".
      2. Select "Actions" << "Analyze" << "Find HMM signals with HMMER3...".
      3. In the appeared "Search" dialog set Query HMM file to "../_common_data/regression/1704/LRR_4.hmm" and specify any output file.
      4. Push the "Run" button.
        Expected state: HMM signals were found.
        Actual state: Error report: 
        Subtask {HMMER search tool} is failed: 1 [main] hmmsearch 3744 cygwin_exception::open_stackdumpfile: Dumping stack trace to hmmsearch.exe.stackdump
