Incorrect rows are collapsed after row removing in the Sanger Reads Editor

Scenario:

1. Open the Sanger Reads Editor.
2. Collapse all rows except the second one.
3. Remove the first row.
   Expected state: the new first row is expanded, all other rows are collapsed.
   Current state: the new second row is expanded, all other rows are collapsed.
