Close a dashboard tab on a mouse wheel click

      Description

      It is a common practice to close a tab, when a user clicks on it's header using the mouse wheel. Try this e.g. in the Chrome web browser. This feature works even with the UGENE windows, opened in the tabbed layout.

      However, it currently doesn't work with the dashboards in the Workflow Designer. Fix this.
