Replace BLAST with BLAST+ in the Sanger reads mapper

BLAST can find parts of one read in the reference sequence as different results, each has too low identity because they are too short.
Also, BLAST is too old.
Replace BLAST with BLAST+ in the Sanger reads mapper.
