The issue should be done for the Universal package on 64-bit Linux and Mac OS X.
On the "Select Components" page of the "Unipro UGENE Installer Setup" wizard add the "RefSeq reference data (for Kraken and CLARK)" group according to the specification. The item should have a checkbox.
The group has the following sub-items with check boxes:
- Bacterial genomes
- Viral genomes
- GRCh38 human genome
RefSeq data

Installation folder
Unpack the data, downloaded with the online installer to "bacteria", "viral" and "human" subfolders of the "data/ngs_classification/refseq" subfolder of the UGENE installation folder.
