Online installer: Kraken component and license

On Windows (32-bit, 64-bit) and 32-bit Linux:

• There shouldn't be "Kraken" group on the "External Tools" page of the UGENE Application Settings.
• There shouldn't be "Build Kraken Database" and "Classify Sequences with Kraken" workflow elements.

On 64-bit Linux and Mac OS X:
In the "Unipro UGENE Installer Setup" wizard of the Universal package add the following items according to the specification:

• On the "Select Components" page add the "Classification with Kraken" group with a check box and two sub-items: "Kraken external tools" and "MiniKraken database".
• On the "License Agreement" page add the "Kraken" item with it's license (specify the license in a comment to this issue).

Installation folder
Unpack the MiniKraken database and the external tools to the "data/ngs_classification/kraken" subfolder of the UGENE installation folder.
