"No" related annotations for RT-PCR, when annotations are in another document

      If annotations, associated with a sequence, are stored in a separate document, RT-PCR returns the following error:

      Failed to search for exon annotations. The sequence scaffold1126 doesn't have any related annotations.

      The task is launched successfully in case the annotations are stored in the same GenBank file as the sequence.

      Fix the issue so that associated annotations, stored in another document, are also taken into account.
