Issues with selection expanding in the Sequence View and Alignment Editor

There are the following issues in the selection expanding feature:
1. Sequence View, multiline mode: select a region on the second line. A vertical line appears in the beginning on the first line. The same in in the singleline mode: the vertical line appears, if selection is somewhere to the right of the visible area.

2. It is possible to make selection with zero length.

3. Hotkeys don't work, if editing mode is not turned on.

4. Selection expanding doesn't work in the Chromatogram View.

5. Selection expanding works correctly in the Graph View only if the visible area is in the beginning of the sequence. The position to change the mouse cursor is defined incorrectly if the view is scrolled a bit.

6. The selection is not expand to the alignment end, if the mouse cursor is moved to the space below or to the right the alignment (to the white space) in the Alignment Editor.
