Update HMMER3 to the latest version

See this post on the forum. The problem is reproduced on the user computer with the current version of HMMER binaries in UGENE (note that it is not reproduced locally on UGENE computers).

The version of the Windows/Cygwin binaries on the HMMER website differs from the binaries in UGENE. When the user updated the binaries, the problem was no more detected.

Thus:

1. Update the HMMER binaries on Windows 32-bit and 64-bit in the UGENE external tools package.
2. Re-check issues UGENE-5641 and UGENE-5844, that may be connected with the issue.
