"Trimmomatic steps" parameter parsing

It is possible to manually input parameter "Trimmomatic steps" of the "Improve Reads with Trimmomatic" workflow element.

In the current version if the value is incorrect an attempt is made to parse the value anyway. Modify this behavior as follows:

• if all steps can be parsed, just open the dialog with the corresponding parameters
• if at least one step can't be parsed, open the dialog without any steps and show the following message box with title "Invalid Trimming Steps" above the dialog:

  UGENE can't parse the value of the "Trimming steps" parameter. Configure the steps again or click "Cancel" in the dialog to manually correct the current parameter value.
