Do not output Trimmomatic adapters to the workflow output folder

After UGENE-6118 a file with adapters is copied to the workflow output folder.

This happens even if the same file is used multiple times (the file name is rolled). This behavior is not clear enough.

To keep it simple and avoid supporting of different scenarios (e. g. use of adapters file with the same name, but in different locations), it was decided to skip copying of the adapters file to the workflow output folder, i.e. temporary copy it to the required location and then remove.
