      Description

If CLARK can't find a database appropriate to the options user set, it tries to build a new database. If the sequences database is supposed to be build from is missing, there are messages in the CLARK output:

The program did not find the database files for the provided settings and reference sequences. The program will build them.
Starting the creation of the database of targets specific 27-mers from input files...

Parse the output to be able to show warnings about missing original sequences on the dashboard.
