      Description

      Scenario:

      1. The first user launches UGENE.
      2. UGENE creates a temporary folder in "/tmp" with a predefined name. The current user has permissions to write to the folder.
      3. UGENE is closed.
      4. The second user launches UGENE.
      5. UGENE checks permissions to the temporary folder. It realizes that there are no permissions to write and offers to select another folder.

In this case the folder name should be rolled somehow. For example, a user name can be added to the folder name (ensure that it doesn't contain spaces and other suspicious symbols). Or just add "_1" suffix to it.
