Wrong workflow is run in case of two WD windows

Scenario:

1. Open and run a workflow (e.g. "Align sequences with MUSLCE" with "COI.aln" input file).
2. Open another workflow from the "Tools" menu (e.g. select "Tools > NGS data analysis > Reads quality control", input "chrM.sam" file from the UGENE sample data). Run the workflow.
   Expected state: the corresponding dashboard is shown.
   Current state: the workflow execution on the WD scene is visualized. After the workflow stop, it appears, that there is one more dashboard for the previous workflow ("Align sequences with MUSCLE").
