File downloaded from ENSEMBL database has an incorrect name

It was supposed to be fixed in UGENE-6133, but it wasn't.

Scenario:

1. Select "File" -> "Access remove database...".
2. Select "ENSEMBL" database. Use any sample ID as "Resource ID". Accept the dialog.
   Expected state: the sequence is downloaded. The file name contains the sequence ID.
   Current state: the result sequence has name x-fasta. If you try to download another sequence from this database the first downloaded sequence will be opened.
